ARTERTON, District Judge.
In this action under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. § 1415, plaintiffs W.A. and M.A., parents of the minor child W.A., claim that the Old Saybrook Board of Education and its superintendent violated certain procedural requirements of the IDEA and its accompanying regulations, and as such deprived them of their entitlement to meaningful participation in the development and implementation of an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for their child, plaintiff W.A.
