This case is before the court on the petition .of Anna Allen, the charging party below, to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board, 224 NLRB No. 181 (June 18, 1976), JA 27. 1 The Board, in a two to one decision, dismissed Allen’s complaint in its entirety and thereby reversed the findings of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) who had held that Yellow Freight System — Allen’s employer and the intervenor here — had violated Sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act. 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1), 158(a)(3) (1970) 2
