This case is here on error. The plaintiff in error was defendant in the court below, and upon a jury trial of the. cause there was a verdict against him and a judgment thereon- for $500 and costs. The proceeding in error is brought to reverse that judgment. The action was brought and tried in the District Court in Sheridan County. That county is one of the counties of the Fourth Judicial District, but Judge E. C.
