This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. On December 7, 1979, appellant was convicted of the offense of aggravated assault in the 72nd District Court, Hon. Thomas L. Clinton presiding, and was placed on seven years’ probation. On August 29, 1980, the State filed a motion to revoke probation in that court, alleging that appellant violated the conditions of his probation by committing the offense of burglary of a habitation.
