In this workers’ compensation proceeding, John Hagans, claimant, petitions this court for the issuance of a writ of certiora-ri to quash a non-final order of the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) compelling him to produce intake documents created by his attorney during a confidential consultation with Hagans for the purpose of providing legal advice and services.
