Herein, we entertain a petition to this court by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to determine questions of state law relative to the termination of an employment contract.

The plaintiff, in business as a manufacturers' sales representative, and who represented manufacturers other than just the defendant, entered into a series of 1-year written employment contracts with the defendant, a wire manufacturer.
