Plaintiff, International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (“Kitchen Exhaust”), is a nonprofit corporation that promotes fire safety in restaurants and professionalism in the kitchen-exhaust-cleaning industry. Defendant, Power Washers of North America (“Power Washers”), also a nonprofit corporation, advances the interests of the power-washing industry.
