1Opinion of the CourtKantrowitz, J.

In this case, the ineffectiveness of counsel constrains us to reverse a decree adjudicating the father as unfit and terminating his parental rights.

Following the trial where his parental rights were terminated, the father unsuccessfully moved for a new trial on the basis of ineffective assistance of counsel, claiming that his attorney failed to prepare for trial or file proposed findings of fact, and failed to call witnesses on his behalf, including several who *364were available to testify at the hearing. On appeal he argues the same in addition to claiming insufficiency of the evidence.
