MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION OF U.S.TRUSTEE TO DISMISS CHAPTER 7 CASE

This cause came on for hearing on February 22, 2007, upon the United States Trustee’s (the “UST”) Motion to Dismiss the above Chapter 7 case (Doc. 37). Present at the hearing were Pamela Rice representing the United States Trustee and Scott R. Needleman representing Tracy Graham and Beth Ann Graham (collectively the “Debtors,” or “Mr. Graham” and “Mrs. Graham” respectively).
