This attorney disciplinary matter is before the Court on a Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board (DRB or Board). The respondent, Gerald M. Goldberg, was indicted in December 1984 by a Federal Grand Jury. The indictment charged respondent and thirteen others with felony violations of Subchapters I and II of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970.
