This bill is brought by the appellant, John Dunn, against the respondents, Barton and Hazelton.
The plaintiff alleges that Mary C. Barton leased the premises, which are mentioned in the bill and in reference to which this action arose, to Charles Evans for the term of five years from May 1, 1874; that Evans assigned the lease to W. M.
