This case came on for hearing on July 17, 2006, on the Complaint to Determine NonDischargeability of Debt (the “Complaint”) (Doc. No. 1) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) filed by the plaintiffs, Philip W. Hearn, John Ely, and Joseph Roberson, against the debtor/defendant, Gary L. Goodwin.
