This is a patent case. Plaintiff Becton, Dickinson and Company (“BD”) is a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Defendant Inverness Medical Technology Inc., formerly known as Selfcare, Inc., is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Waltham, Massachusetts.
