This matter comes before the Court on a motion for summary judgment filed by Production Credit Association of the Midlands (“PCA”). PCA seeks summary judgment on a motion filed by Farmers Home Administration (“FmHA”) which seeks to disgorge proceeds from life insurance proceeds which the co-debtor, Rita Martin, paid to PCA.
