On March 21, 2016, Jeffrey V. Howes, the self-represented Debtor/Appellant, noted an appeal to this Court from two orders issued sua sponte by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland (Gordon, J.) in Howes’s Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, RAG-12-30614.
