One of the all-too-few gratifying rewards of judicial life in these lower Criminal Courts occurs when lawyers submit well-written memoranda which provoke legal novelty. This is one of those times. For counsel for the complainant and defendant have briefed their points with good form, good argument and plausible logic. I am appreciative. Their efforts have clarified their respective claims.
