The plaintiffs, Peter Wiberg, Alan Gouse, Christopher Anderson, and H. Grady Chandler,1 trustees of employer-sponsored profit-sharing retirement plans (collectively, the “Trustees” or the “plaintiffs”), brought this action against Nationwide Financial Services, Inc. and Nationwide Life Insurance Co.
