CODLINGS, Justice.

This suit was brought by C. B. Whatley against R. H. King and Evalyn King to recover upon a written contract by which the latter agreed to sell and the former agreed to buy a ranch and certain personal prop^-erty, including cattle, thereon. In the first count of his petition as plaintiff, Whatley sought specific performance of the contract to recover the real property and to recover so much of the personal property as was available.
