Plaintiff Jerry W. Hedrick brings this action to recover back wages and overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., on behalf of himself and collectively on behalf of similarly situated employees. This matter comes before the Court on Defendant BCI National Bank’s Motion to Stay Action Pending Arbitration, or in the Alternative, to Dismiss (Doc. 6).
