Plaintiffs bring this action alleging that defendants LCC International, Inc. (“LCC”), Kenny Young, Brian Dunn, Rebecca Stahl, and Dan Moss violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that defendants improperly classified all LCC employees working in a Migration Analyst position as employees exempt from the FLSA’s overtime requirements.
