This matter came before the Court on final hearing of the “Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay Against 1998 Pontiac Grand Am” (the “Motion”) filed in this case by First Bank & Trust (“Bank”), which seeks relief from the stay in order to pursue its state law remedies with regard to a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am automobile (the “Collateral” or the “Vehicle”) against which the Bank asserts that it holds a perfected security interest.
