MEMORANDUM OF DECISION REGARDING MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY FILED BY THE AUTO MALL

This matter is before the Court upon the Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay (the “Motion”) filed by The Auto Mall (“Movant”) which seeks stay relief in order to proceed to foreclose its security interest in a 1991 Pontiac Firebird automobile (the “Vehicle”) owned by the Debtors, Michael and Suellen Kowalsky (“Debtors”).
