This case is an action brought by Anthony M. Weikel (‘Weikel”), Helene Carroll (“Carroll”), Elie Wurtman (“Wurtman”), Alex Meruelo (“Meruelo”), and David A. Lyons (“Lyons”) (collectively, the “Lead Plaintiffs”) 1 on behalf of purchasers (the “Class”) of certain stock and call options2 for Tower Semiconductor, Inc.
