In this action in ejectment, as the issues were finally made, the plaintiffs were William R. Stark and his wife, and the defendant was O. S. Lardin. The land in dispute is a triangular parcel bounded on the west by a public road, on the' east by a small creek which crosses the road at the southern end of the land and on the north by the land of one Halstead, containing a fraction of an acre.
