In this highly contentious custody proceeding, a divorced father appeals from a Family Court order denying his post final-judgment motion to modify custody and/or placement, contending that the trial justice improperly considered the results of a polygraph examination of the child’s mother. In deciding this appeal, however, we need not revisit the question of the admissibility of polygraph test results.
