This matter comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiffs, who entered into an Option Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan agreement, bring this suit against GMAC Mortgage Corporation and GMAC Mortgage, LLC for violations of law related to disclosures about the loan.
