Anthony Wagner appeals his conviction of two counts of attempted first-degree sexual assault, see § 940.31(l)(a), STATS., one count of kidnapping while armed, see §§ 940.31(l)(a) and 939.63(1), STATS., and one count of attempted kidnapping while armed, see §§ 940.31(l)(a), 939.32 and 939.63(1), STATS.
