ORDER OF FORFEITURE

GONZALEZ, District Judge.

THIS CAUSE came before the Court, sitting as finder of fact, on November 4, 1994. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure *43952, this Court hereby enters the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.

Jurisdiction

This Court has jurisdiction over this in rem, civil forfeiture proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1345 and 1355 and 21 U.S.C. § 881(j).
