MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Charmaine Clarke’s Motion To Dismiss On Double Jeopardy Grounds, Motion For Change Of Venue Due To Contrived Pre-Trial Publicity and Motion For Severance of Trials; and Defendant Isaac Austrie’s Motion To Join Defendant Clark’s Pending Motion To Dismiss On Double Jeopardy Grounds, Or In The Alternative, For Severance And Transfer To St. Croix.
