MEMORANDUM OPINION

(September 16, 2011)

Appellant Gent Mosby (“Mosby”) was convicted on August 19, 1996, of conspiracy to commit murder, first-degree murder, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and threatening a witness, all in connection with *1151the murder of Stephen Hodge.1 He was sentenced to life imprisonment. Mosby’s timely appeal followed. For the following reasons, we affirm Mosby’s conviction on all counts and the sentence imposed.
