Emily Johnston appeals from an order denying her petition for a writ of certiorari to review the issuance of a conditional use permit by the Grays Harbor County Board of Adjustment. The conditional use permit was issued to the prospective builder of a mobile home park after the matter had been remanded to the board of adjustment (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) by the superior court, so that the Board could make an express determination of whether a “detailed statement” of the environmental impact of the project was necessary.
