This is an appeal from a judgment for appellee (defendant below) in a suit instituted by appellant, the beneficiary of two life insurance policies issued by appellee, to recover on the double indemnity provision of the policies.
The complaint was in two paragraphs, one for each policy. The paragraphs were identical except as to the amounts of insurance provided by the respective policies. A demurrer to each of said paragraphs of complaint was filed and sustained, and appellant declining to plead further, judgment was rendered in favor of appellee.
