OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendants-Appellants Jack K. Dunifon and Jean C. Dunifon ("the Dunifons") appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment and grant of partial summary judgment finding that Plaintiff-Ap-pellee Anthony Philip Iovino ("ITovino") was an invitee to whom the Dunifons owed the duty of reasonable care.

We affirm.
