Appeal from. Missaukee; Lamb, J. Bill by the L. Starks Company, a foreign corporation, against Tannette Eppink and Sena Taylor in aid of execution. From a judgment for defendants, complainant appeals.

This is a bill in aid of execution. Prior to April 8, 1912, the L. Starks Company had commenced in the circuit court of Missaukee county, in chancery, a case for an accounting against John B. Eppink and Tannette Eppink, as defendants, and on said day the circuit judge, after a hearing of the case, filed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and ordered that a decree be drawn in favor of complainant against both of the defendants.
