This bill was filed under the statute to* remove a cloud, and the circuit court dismissed it and affirmed the title of the defendant. Both parties claim from the same source. In April, 1875, complainant’s brother, Charles H. Yroman, by the death of their father, inherited an undivided one-sixth part of forty acres of land in Kalamazoo county, and the controversy relates to this interest.
