The court has before it the motion of plaintiffs, Tommy Arnold and Kimberly Gilliland Arnold, to remand the above-styled case to the Circuit Court of Marion County, Alabama, from whence it was removed by defendant, GuideOne Specialty Mutual Insurance Company.
