Stephan Paul Doll Von Foelkel appeals his conviction, following a jury trial before Judge Pooler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, for interstate violation of a protection order in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2262(a)(1). Von Foelkel primarily argues that 18 U.S.C. § 2262 violates the Commerce Clause and the Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
