—In an action, inter alia, for a judgment declaring null and void a purported agreement, and for an accounting, the plaintiff Marilyn Rattner appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Levitt, J.), dated February 22, 1990, which granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
