J. This is a proceeding to recover possession of real property under article 7 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law.
The petition alleges that the petitioner and respondents, on June 25, 1968, entered into a contract for the sale of real property, providing for possession of the real property, by the purchasers, and the payment of the purchase price in monthly installments of $152 each.
