Three American citizens held hostage by a terrorist group and the family members of a fourth American citizen killed during the hostage-taking filed suit against the Republic of Cuba under the terrorism exception to the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act (“FSIA”), 28 U.S.C. § 1605A.
