In an action to recover a real estate commission, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rubenfeld, J.), entered February 9, 1987, which granted the defendants’ motion to disqualify counsel for the plaintiff.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
