OPINION & ORDER
PAUL A. ENGELMAYER, District Judge:
Plaintiff Aaron Higgins (“Higgins”) moves for leave to amend his complaint *185against defendant NYP Holdings, Inc. (“NYP”). Defendant NYP cross-moves for sanctions pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1927. For the following reasons, plaintiffs motion for leave to amend is granted in part and denied in part, and defendant’s cross motion for sanctions is denied.
