This is a question of jurisdiction over a non-resident corporation arising under Georgia’s Long-Arm statute. Appellant Smith (hereinafter plaintiff) brought an action against appellee Piper Aircraft Corporation (hereinafter defendant) in the Superior Court of DeKalb County, Georgia, alleging that the defendant had wrongfully appropriated plaintiff’s idea for an automatically retractable landing gear.
