Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered July 20, 2005, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of attempted assault in the first degree, criminal use of a firearm in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
