Appeal from an order granting permanent relief in a strike injunction case. The original bill was filed by the Dail-Overland Company, which is a corporation organized under the laws of North Carolina, is a citizen and resident of that state, and engaged in the distribution and sale of automobiles and automobile parts and equipment.
