The First State Bank of Mansville, Okla., became insolvent in the month of September, 1915, and the State Bank Commissioner took charge of same and proceeded to liquidate the bank as provided by law. Eugene B. Wolverton was cashier of this bank, and at that time he individually owned a certain tract of real estate in which his bank owned no interest. His bank at that time was heavily indebted to the First National Bank of Ardmore.
