This ease involves an appeal from the district court of Oklahoma county in which the plaintiff, Russell Petroleum Company, attacks the validity of two entirely different classes of orders. The first attack is against a proration order promulgated by the Corporation Commission of this state, the purpose of which order was to limit and regulate the production of oil in the oil fields of Oklahoma, and in this particular case in the Oklahoma City oil field.
