Michele Bantz appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Montgomery Estates, Inc., Wells Fargo and Co., Key Wisconsin, Inc., and Montgomery LG, Inc. — the various owners and general managers of the Americana Lake Geneva Resort (collectively, "the Americana"). She argues that summary judgment was improper because disputed issues of material fact remain regarding whether an employment contract existed.
