Appeal by plaintiff below (appellant) from an order and final judgment dismissing the complaint of plaintiff on the merits.

The action is in malpractice against a practicing physician and surgeon to recover damages alleged to have been sustained through defendant’s gross incompetence and negligence in treating her for an infection of a finger resulting in the total loss of the use of her right atm with total permanent disability to engage in any gainful occupation.
