This is an action for ejectment. The defendants move, first, that the plaintiff’s attorneys be required to produce and file Written evidence of their authority to commence this action,'.and secondly, that the" complaint be dismissed because the action is vexatious and clearly without merit and not brought in good faith, but solely as an endeavor to extract money from the defendants as the price of peace, and because of the irresponsibility of the plaintiff.
